Cedric and the Two-week Visitors.

One day, the lady brought home two new dogs.  One was tiny and snowball white and the other was large and midnight black.  They were staying for two whole weeks while their mommy was away for military training. "Why do they have to play in my kitchen and family room?" thought Cedric. He barked and growled at them a lot at first. He didn't like them trying to sit on his sofa! After a few days he started to like the little white doggy named Paisley Marie. He even let her sit in a chair beside him.  He didn't start to like Petra Ann until the day she left.  He sort of misses those two happy girls now.  He thinks the next time he sees them he will be glad. 

Cedric and the Big White Bathtub

One day Cedric was sitting on the nice cool floor. He was trying to sleep for a few minutes. The lady walked up to him and picked him up. She was saying some things about bathtime. Soon Cedric was in some bubbly warm water. It was horrible. He was scared. He wanted out. Soon he was clean and dry. And then he was happy.

Ceddy's Coiffure

Cedric was quietly sitting on the sofa one day, when the lady suddenly sat bedside him. She was holding a comb and a small bow. She started talking to him with a happy voice. She combed his hair and placed a bow on the top of his head. He felt very unhappy, because he is a little boy. He soon tore out the bow with his little furry paws.
